Well thought I'd start a blog, and put my works in progress on so I can see just how I'm getting on!
I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which affects me quite badly and am Mum to a 3 year old boy.
WIP at the moment
socks - alpaca silk Natural dye studio toe on first sock done - Kiddo ate the knitting in elastic so I'm waiting for more to arrive.
Shawl - Faroese shawl from Gathering of Lace this is a top down shawl I'm on row 29 of 191. Knitted in Colourmart cashmere 1/14 poppy 3 strands which I've plied on my spinning wheel (ashford Traveller)
Wrap - white chenille - on my 32" harp rigid heddle loom. about 5 inches done so far but this is a test piece to see if the chennile will worm or not. I have another 4 1kg cones of it !
Dryad 4 shaft loom empty at present, yet to put the first project on since cleaning it up and waxing it.
Inkle loom - purple and pink band for dog collar for Maggs.
Well 2 quiet days here so hopefully I'll get a bit done on my projects.
